What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead the New Hire Orientation and Onboarding Experience to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
• Act as a point of contact for Employee Relations, addressing manager and employee concerns and managing performance documentation
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by assessing and delivering training solutions for employees
• Oversee the Company Talent Management System, ensuring it meets organizational needs and delivers quality solutions
• Manage the PEER (mentorship) program, ensuring participants receive the necessary resources and support

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Completed post-secondary degree in HR, Organizational Behavior, Development, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related role within the professional services industry
• Proven experience in Performance Management coaching and documentation
• Experience in creating and facilitating training and development content
• Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with Talent Development, Performance Management, and Learning Management systems
• Basic knowledge of overall Human Resources functions
• Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and a proven problem solver
