Senior Paid Social (Meta & LinkedIn) Consultant - Part-Time

OVERVIEW - LyteYear is a boutique performance marketing agency that focuses on paid social, paid search, and SEO marketing services for eCommerce companies, and B2C / B2B lead gen clients. We are looking to bring on a senior-level paid social consultant with experience in Paid Meta and Paid LinkedIn. The top priority is to have this person take over leading one of our larger accounts that needs lead gen marketing on both Meta and LinkedIn.

THE CLIENT - The client is in the online education space. They provide training programs for healthcare certifications, IT certifications, and development bootcamps. We lead all the core digital channels for them (paid search, paid Meta, paid LinkedIn, and SEO). Our campaigns contain a B2C element wherein we directly recruit potential students to sign up for the programs, along with a (arguably more important) B2B component where we recruit academic and business-side partners to use the client?s programs for educational or upskilling purposes.

SKILLS REQUIRED
? Paid Meta Management - Extensive management planning, launching, managing & reporting on paid Meta campaigns. It is an absolute MUST for this person to not only have hands-on experience with paid Meta management, but to understand that this will be the majority of this role.
? Paid LinkedIn Management - Extensive management planning, launching, managing & reporting on paid LinkedIn campaigns. It is an absolute MUST for this person to not only have hands-on experience with paid LinkedIn management, but to understand that this will be the majority of this role.
? B2B & B2C Lead Gen Marketing Experience - Experience executing and managing Meta and LinkedIn campaigns that drive B2C and B2B leads for clients.
? Account Management - Have a knack for working with and talking to clients, as you will be the day-to-day lead on this account. Strong organizational and project management skills will come in handy as you will be expected - as a senior level person - to manage your time, workload, and build / execute account strategies without the need for extensive input from other senior team members.
? Financial Projection & Planning - There are times when we need to work with the client to create and amend marketing and financial plans for the year based on their goals and actual performance. You don?t need to have extensive experience in this, but some experience and the ability to figure this out / understand it is necessary.

A GREAT FIT IS SOMEONE WHO?
? Has consulted with clients on their own before (either as an individual consultant or as part of an agency) and is able to handle an account from ?soup to nuts? without the need for a ?team? to back them up. Although you will have support from other members of the team (for this account, there is a paid search lead, paid social lead (you?), and one of the co-founders who functions as overall account lead and SEO lead), we each have our own accounts that we lead and handle the bulk of the workload on.
? Is able to work well remote. We are all remote and spread out across the country. There is no office, or in-person time. We meet virtually when we want or need to, but otherwise we trust that everyone is capable of doing their jobs without lots of oversight or micro-management.
? Does not need a boss or manager to communicate and plan with frequently, or to prioritize tasks and workload them. This is the biggest reason that people don?t work out at our company. We are a very small team of all senior-level consultants. We are more like a partnership than a traditional company. There aren?t weekly internal meetings, performance reviews, or managerial oversight unless there is a need for it. We each have a heavy load of accounts that we lead, and thus we need each consultant to be largely self-sufficient. With that said, we all communicate frequently and get along well. And we are happy to strategize together and tag-team when needed. However, our structure is untraditional and very independent. This works great for some people, but is a problem for many.

BENEFITS - Since we all are independent consultants, we don?t offer many traditional company benefits. However, we have a healthcare plan that consultants are welcome to join if they don?t have their own coverage.

HOURS & WORK SCHEDULE - We are very flexible in our work schedule. If you complete your work quickly and clients are happy, then you are free to do what you wish with your time! This particular client does require one-to-two weekly meetings, and does communicate via email somewhat frequently. So you need to be available for the meetings and responsive within a reasonable timeframe, but we very much prioritize work-life balance. We are guesstimating that this role will require roughly 40-50 hours of work per month, however that will vary based on the person. It also could be more if the person is able to jump in to some of our other clients as well.
