Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews. ? Maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet future hiring needs. ? Ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive experience for all candidates. ? Efficiently manage and update candidate information in our CRM system. Requirements: ? A proactive, Type A personality that thrives in a flexible and self-driven environment. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently. ? Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with CRM applications. ? No prior experience in recruiting required; we believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill.
