NetCredit Application Support Representative (Remote)

About the role:

Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. In the role of an Application Support Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process and effectively convert these prospects into sales.

Responsibilities: ? Effectively manage incoming calls, adeptly assisting customers in navigating the loan application process ? Guarantee customer contentment by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of Enova's products and services ? Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan applications ? Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication ? Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

Requirements: ? Experience in a call center setting is preferred ? Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen ? Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices ? Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types ? Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

Compensation:

The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
