- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer and respond to inbound telephone inquiries from policy beneficiaries and other stakeholders
- Review policy contracts to determine coverage applicability for claims
- Maintain communication with management regarding responsibilities and special projects
- Assist in researching to locate beneficiaries and heirs when necessary
- Comply with HIPAA and other privacy regulations while maintaining confidentiality
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service administrative role
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with claims processing or administrative duties
