What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Oversee the full cycle recruiting process for commercial healthcare positions
• Develop a slate of qualified candidates for submission to facilities
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience
• Source and attract candidates through various platforms, including social media and job boards
• Provide world-class customer service to clients and healthcare staff throughout the recruitment process

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing recruitment, particularly in commercial, MSP, and VMS environments
• 2-3 years of experience in travel nurse or travel healthcare recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with strong decision-making capabilities
• Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and undergo urine drug testing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with experience in commercial, MSP, and/or VMS recruiting
• Established 'book of business' for quick onboarding and position matching
