Key Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound calls for dealership clients, providing top-notch customer service. ? Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor while assisting customers. ? Work effectively in a team-based environment to achieve common goals. ? Schedule service appointments and address basic inquiries. ? Update and manage customer and vehicle information accurately. ? Resolve customer concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer standards. ? Conduct outbound calls using pre-designed scripts for service/sales follow-up. ? Comply with company policies related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
