Responsibilities: ? Provide first-class customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive, client-first approach ? Handle bookings, modifications, and requests with precision and empathy, ensuring client satisfaction ? Work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and resolve any client issues ? Qualifications: ? A degree or relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or a related field ? Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry ? A problem-solver with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure ? Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and tools ?
