You will be the key person handling daily operations, sales, customer service, and team coordination. Respond to new leads, follow up consistently, and close bookings. ? Customer Service ? Answer calls/emails, assist clients, and resolve complaints professionally. ? Hiring & Scheduling Cleaners ? Recruit, onboard, and manage independent cleaners. ? Scheduling & Dispatching ? Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth operations. ? Complaint Handling & Problem Solving ? Address client and cleaner issues with a solution-oriented approach. ? Admin & Reporting ? Maintain records, invoices, and provide daily reports to management. What We?re Looking For: ?
