? Make travel arrangements, including airfare, rental car, and lodging
? Assist with grant writing
? Support podcasts outreach and follow up on leads
? Take on additional tasks and projects as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proven experience in Excel / Google Sheets
? Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling content
? Highly organized with an intuitive approach to project management
? Exceptional attention to detail
? Self-motivated and able to work independently
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
? Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential for increased availability
? Available for phone calls during the week
