Technical Support Representative - Hybrid

Our client in South Burlington, VT is seeking technical support representatives to join their team. As a technical support representative, you will assist with the service of outdoor power equipment such as generators, lawn mowers, power tools etc. This position requires 3 weeks of onsite paid training and then becomes hybrid once you are proficient.

Pay Range: 17.00 an hour plus 25% of everything you sell

What's the Job?
? Explain machine warranties and apply it to each customers needs
? Upsell products and warranties
? Notify technical issues to management as needed
? Enter a service track after each call
? Actively listen and ask questions

What's Needed?
? Customer Service or mechanical experience or training
? Basic computer skills and typing skills
? Ability to learn all mechanical aspects of the job
? Communicate clearly and evaluate problems as they arise
? Be dependable
