What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Supervise call center staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
? Interview and recommend hiring and promotion of contact center staff
? Develop work schedules and assign duties to ensure operational efficiency
? Evaluate job performance of employees and recommend appropriate personnel actions
? Provide training and coaching sessions to direct reports to identify development opportunities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
? U.S. Citizenship
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
? 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
? Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience supporting FEMA or similar emergency management organizations
? Bachelor's degree in a related field
? Ability to manage a high level of confidentiality
? Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
? Strong team collaboration skills
