Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)
What You?ll Do
As a Senior BDR, you?ll play a key role in driving our growth by focusing on:
? Outbound Prospecting (70%): Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to spark new opportunities.
? Inbound Lead Management (30%): Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and turn interest into customers.
? Client Relationships: Build trust and rapport with clients, becoming their go-to for staffing solutions.
? Pipeline Development: Keep your sales pipeline healthy and moving by consistently identifying and engaging prospects.
? Collaboration: Work with our team to develop and refine sales strategies that meet (and exceed) targets.
? Tracking & Reporting: Use CRM tools to stay organized and provide regular updates on your performance.

? Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and CRM tools.
? Excellent organization and communication skills.
