? Previous leadership or team-building experience in any of the following areas will be extremely helpful: sales, financial services, banking, insurance, service industries, marketing, recruiting, military, healthcare, real estate, tech, customer service, and network marketing

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
? Implementing the strategies of our proven sales system
? Calling and texting prospective clients to schedule appointments with you.
? Meeting with prospective clients virtually, by phone, or in person who have stated interest in life and critical illness coverage options so they can protect themselves and their beneficiaries.
? Helping clients complete their policy applications.
? Communicating with life insurance carriers to ensure they have the correct information regarding your client to make an approval decision.
? Following-up with clients and asking for referrals.
? Building a team of agents (if you choose to pursue an Agency Ownership path).
? Learning from successful agents how to improve your sales and leadership abilities.
