Remote Sales Account Manager

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service. ? Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs. ? Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. ? Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue. ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: ? Proven Sales and Customer Service experience. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. ? Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs. ? Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
