Role Overview

As the Regional Director of Sales, you will be crucial in spearheading direct sales initiatives within your designated region. Reporting to the VP of North American Sales, your responsibilities will encompass implementing regional sales strategies, effectively managing the sales pipeline, and consistently identifying and closing new business opportunities. This position is dynamic and focused on delivering exceptional value to our clients within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
? Collaborate closely with the VP of North American Sales to execute regional sales strategies.
? Develop, prioritize, and oversee a robust sales pipeline in your assigned territory.
? Identify new sales opportunities and steer the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
? Achieve monthly sales quotas and performance benchmarks.
? Prepare precise sales quotations and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
? Maintain detailed and current records of account targets, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM.
? Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in product offerings, and the competitive landscape.
? Periodically travel for in-person meetings and prospecting activities within your region.

Required Skills
? A fervor for sales, complemented by a proven track record in successful negotiations, high performance, and achievement of targets.
? Strong organizational capacities and a proactive stance in managing various priorities.
? Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding established sales quotas.
