Key Responsibilities
? Manage an extensive travel itinerary for your designated territory, visiting high schools and participating in college and transfer fairs.
? Formulate and execute data-driven recruitment strategies, assess their effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.
? Foster and nurture robust relationships with secondary school counselors, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
? Provide thorough support and proactive follow-up to prospective students through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to application.
? Monitor and evaluate data to assess progress against enrollment targets, managing a budget for recruitment initiatives and ensuring precise data entry into our CRM system.
? Engage in virtual recruitment efforts, including online chats, webinars, and virtual fairs, while supporting marketing initiatives and creating engagement through social media.
? Assist with special projects, maintain a comprehensive understanding of admissions policies and procedures, and uphold the confidentiality of student information.
