Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students, including those with special learning requirements. ? Conduct regular assessments to track student progress, providing monthly evaluations and strategic recommendations for curriculum enhancement. ? Build and maintain open, professional relationships with parents/guardians to ensure clear communication about student progress. ? Actively participate in IEP meetings to contribute to individualized educational strategies.

Qualifications: ? A Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field. ? Valid Ohio State License as a Special Education Teacher or Intervention Specialist. ? Experience in a virtual learning environment is preferred but not required. ? Options available for part-time or full-time work. ? Candidates must provide their own technology equipment.
