What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Dial outbound calls to potential customers interested in specific products and book appointments for business partners
? Maintain a high degree of data accuracy while booking appointments
? Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills consistently
? Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
? Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and provide clients with clear information

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school graduate or G.E.D.
? Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Ability to multitask effectively, managing phone conversations while using a computer
? Must be able to pass a background check

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
? Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
