- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to educate patients about the benefits of a Medicare-sponsored care coordination program
- Establish rapport with potential patients and address objections to participation
- Tailor communication based on patients' demographics and unique health concerns
- Maintain a high call volume, spending over 80% of the time on the phone
- Collaborate with team members while demonstrating leadership qualities
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales acumen and proven adaptability in a high-volume sales environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain programs clearly and concisely
- Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Availability during business hours (8 am - 5:30 pm CST)
- Minimum educational requirement: Associate degree or higher
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related sales or patient engagement role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype)
- Ability to express empathy and maintain a patient-focused mindset
- Creative approach to patient education and engagement
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a team setting
