Working remotely, you will use your customer service skills to ensure that our customers? travel experiences are seamless from start to finish.

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9 AM ? 6 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media.

2. Provide information about our services and manage reservations, cancellations, or upgrades.

3. Work closely with the team to meet customer service goals.

4. Document customer interactions for future reference.

5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the supervisor.

6. Follow up on customer interactions.

7. Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
