As a Remote Customer Service / Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support through live chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience with our company. ? *Responsibilities:**

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members

• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
? *Requirements:**

• Previous customer service experience is preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM systems

• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
