What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day
? Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers
? Respond to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, and other inquiries
? Direct non-service appointment calls to the appropriate personnel
? Utilize multiple computer programs for dealership information and customer profiles
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Available to work Monday - Friday with various shifts
? Must live in the greater Houston metropolitan area
? Minimum of 6 months recent customer service experience
? High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
? Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with various devices
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Excellent verbal & written communication skills
? Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
? Familiarity with automotive terminology and components
? Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
? Advanced knowledge of Google, YouTube, and other web search tools
