Pay: $17.75/hr

Hours: Must be flex with hours required to work - company open 365 days/year

Job Duties:

? Provide assistance to viewers via phone and/or chat regarding account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic navigation of our site and applications.

? Make company product recommendations on each viewer interaction.

? Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: ? Remote work experience ? Call center or high volume call experience; 1-3 years minimum ? Good tenure - must demonstrate ability to grow within a company
