? Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, for various positions
? Proactively source and attract passive candidates while driving employee referrals

? Stay updated on market trends and identify top talent for the organization
? Identify areas of improvement in the talent acquisition process

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment
? 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
? Strong relationship-building and communication skills
? Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for recruitment strategies
? Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in healthcare, startup, or high-growth environments
? Previous agency recruiting experience
? Familiarity with Greenhouse
