Product Feedback Specialist

Job Description
As a Product Feedback Specialist at Amazon Inc., you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing customer feedback regarding our products and services. You will work closely with product development teams to ensure that customer insights are effectively integrated into product designs and enhancements. Your expertise will help shape the future of our offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups to collect valuable information directly from our customers. This data will be analyzed to identify trends and areas for improvement, enabling our teams to make informed decisions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product design, and customer service, to share insights and recommend actionable steps based on customer feedback.

Requirements
– Bachelor? degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in product feedback analysis, market research, or a similar role.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
