### Job Description:
As a Park Operations Lead, you will be entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing park performance and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate daily operations, manage staff effectively, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Your strategic thinking will be crucial in developing operational strategies that enhance guest experience, increase efficiency, and achieve financial targets.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and motivating a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and inclusiveness.
2. Overseeing the execution of daily park operations and ensuring adherence to all operational standards and guidelines.
3. Monitoring guest flow and operational efficiency to propose and implement improvements as needed.
4. Collaborating with other departments to coordinate events, maintenance, and other activities that affect park operations.
5. Handling guest concerns and incidents, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
6. Developing training programs for staff to enhance skills and ensure consistent quality of service.
7. Preparing and analyzing reports on park performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
### Requirements:
1. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
### Educational Qualifications:
– Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
### Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years in operations management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within a theme park or similar environment.
