Seeking a dedicated Virtual Special Education Teacher to provide personalized instruction and support to students with disabilities in a remote learning environment.

This role involves:
? Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students' needs.
? Adapt curriculum and instructional materials for virtual learning.
? Conduct virtual assessments of academic, social, and behavioral development.
? Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student goals.
? Provide direct virtual instruction using appropriate teaching strategies and technology.
? Monitor student progress, maintain records, and prepare reports for meetings.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or related field. ? Active Maryland Licensure in Special Education. ? Experience in virtual or traditional special education settings. ? Strong understanding of special education laws and IEP processes. ? Proficiency in virtual learning platforms and technology tools. ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
