Take your ambitions to the next level
? Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients, primarily for the payroll module using Jira ticketing system;
? Work with multiple clients from various industries, primarily health care;
? Work on support tickets and recommend enhancements;
? Optimize client processes, and deliver training, testing and footprint expansions;
? Roll out new features with quarterly releases;
? Provide remote post-production support for live clients;
? Will be supporting clients Jira ticketing system.

Does this sound like you?
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle consulting (implementation or support) and Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications;
? Healthcare industry experience (asset);
? Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional;
? Assets:
? Core HR, Benefits. Talent Management, ORC, etc.
? OTBI reporting skills;
? Fast Formulas;
? HDL and HSDL.
? Proficient in MS Office products, especially MS Excel, MS Teams and MS Outlook;
? Ability to:
? organize and multi-task, work with a team as well as independently with little or no assistance, and manage time effectively;
? self-learn.
? Positive attitude;
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
