This opportunity involves processing audio recordings of recorded statements, interviews related to homeowners? claims, 911 calls, and more. Attention to detail in discerning audio content, alongside a strong command of grammar, is critical. The role requires editing AI-generated text into verbatim transcripts while adhering to specific style guides.

You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, supporting your work-life balance while receiving assistance from our in-office team when necessary. We offer work availability around the clock to accommodate various schedules, with preference given to those with weekend availability.

Skills Requirements
? Excellent listening skills
? Adherence to deadlines and client-specific style guides
? Outstanding literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar
? Ability to collaborate remotely
? Typing proficiency in both speed and accuracy
? Capability to pass a background check
? Must be a US citizen (Note: This opportunity is currently not available to residents of Massachusetts, Illinois, or California)
? Experience in transcribing and/or editing audio content to verbatim text

Technology Requirements

To effectively utilize our global, cutting-edge transcription technology, candidates should have:
