What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Ensuring a positive experience during all initial inquiries by educating clients on services, responding to questions, overcoming objections, and scheduling student academic evaluations and consultations
• Following contact center scripts when speaking with clients
• Building positive rapport with clients of differing personality types
• Remaining polite and professional during all interactions
• Keeping records of all conversations in the call center system

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (conversational, articulate, engaging)
• Reliable and dependable work habits
• Goal-oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
