What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
? Collect and input patient data into the e-Intake system
? Verify products and services, ensuring compliance with regulations
? Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and assist with CPAP resupply
? Provide basic technical assistance and education on CPAP equipment to patients

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or GED equivalent
? One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
? Strong customer service background
? Basic computer and internet skills
? Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
? Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
? Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
? Medical terminology knowledge
? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions across different communication mediums
