Medical Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate:

$16/hr. Weekly Pay Plus Benefits!

Schedule Availability:

Mon-Sat. 8am-10pm CST (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8-HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN HOURS OF OPERATION)

Job Details and Description:
? Answer inbound calls, occasionally make outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires.
? Using computer skills for data entry.
? Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
? Collaborating with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Job Requirements

Requirements: ? MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE OF RECENT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS) ? Provide positive customer service and empathy. ? Must have High Speed Internet with modem access. ? Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred).
