Role Description

Ideabright Infotech is looking for a full-time remote FBA and Ecommerce Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Amazon Store Management:
? Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search.
? Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
? Implement and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to increase product visibility.

Inventory Management:
? Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.
? Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment.

Marketplace Expansion:
? Identify and explore opportunities to expand our presence on other ecommerce platforms.
? Develop and execute strategies for entering new marketplaces.

Customer Engagement:
? Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally.
? Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:
? Generate regular reports on sales performance, advertising ROI, and other relevant metrics.
? Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.

Qualifications: ? Proven experience as an Amazon FBA and Ecommerce Specialist or a similar role. ? In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central and other ecommerce platforms. ? Proficiency in using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for market research. ? Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ? Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications
? 2+ years of experience in FBA and Ecommerce management
? Experience with eBay, Google Shopping, and Amazon
? Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
? Experience analyzing and optimizing listings, utilizing A/B testing and other data analysis methods
? Experience with order management, inventory management, and reporting
? Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field preferred
