Work with other New York Life professionals, including underwriters and financial advisors, to provide clients with comprehensive financial solutions. Qualifications: Please note, that this is a sales position! Qualifications for an Entry-Level Sales Agent at New York Life typically include: ? Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding goals. ? Commitment to adhering to industry regulations, maintaining client confidentiality, and practicing with integrity. ? A bachelor?s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. ? Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license if not already licensed. New York Life provides sponsorship and support for licensing. ? (Preferred): Fluency in additional languages, such as Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese, is a plus for connecting with diverse clients. These qualifications enable an Insurance Sales Agent to successfully build client relationships, meet sales targets, and grow within New York Life?s supportive and dynamic environment. Compensation: $60,000 - $91,000 yearly
