$75,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: ? Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals ? Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients ? Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met ? Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients ? Spend time listening to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting insurance plan options for their specific circumstances

Qualifications: ? Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole ? Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful ? Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus ? Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required ? High school diploma required; bachelor?s degree a plus ? Must already have insurance license
