Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Enrollment Specialist to support our growing coaching programs. This is a fully remote, commission-only role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and helping professionals unlock their potential, as well as the ability to CLOSE effectively.
Key Responsibilities
? Reach out to prospective coaching clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
? Present and explain the value of our coaching programs, addressing client needs and objections.
? Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to build trust and relationships.
? Close sales and meet enrollment goals.
? Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
? Previous experience in sales/enrollment (required).
? Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
? Proven ability to close sales effectively.
? Knowledge of the mortgage or housing industry is a plus.
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
? Availability for approximately 20 hours per week.
