Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

? Assisting customers with booking, changing, and canceling reservations.
? Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
? Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines? policies, procedures, and promotions.
? Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
? Recording and documenting customer interactions accurately in the company?s CRM system.
