Job Description

Requirements

– High School Diploma or equivalent

– Strong verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to work independently and in a team environment

– Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office

– Reliable high-speed internet connection

– Previous customer service experience preferred

– Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or GED required

– Additional certification in customer service is a plus

Experience

– At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
