Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Temporary)
Job Description...
We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to manage and maintain master data files. You will be responsible for the accurate entry, management, and maintenance of master data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. Key tasks include setting up new and modifying existing internal business data, reviewing and analyzing form data, and collaborating with other departments to identify data errors. You will also create and establish new master data processes as needed.
Required Skills
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 1-3 years of data entry or data maintenance experience, preferably from a customer service, sales, accounting, IT, or business environment
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to work with large amounts of data
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Environment
This temporary position is to cover a maternity leave from mid-September through early January. You will be part of our HR systems team, working remotely or in-office in Kansas City. The role requires approximately 30 hours per week, with flexible hours between 7 AM and 6 PM CST.
