As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You?ll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. This is a work-from-home position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience. ? Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information. ? Document all customer interactions and issues using our CRM system. ? Work collaboratively with the team to resolve complex customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction. ? Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. ? Comfortable with working independently and managing your time effectively. ? Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software. ? Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once. ? A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet access. ? Must be located in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, or online support). ? Experience with chat-based support systems. ? Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with professionalism. ? Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
