Compensation: $900 per week + Uncapped Commissions & Performance Bonuses

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative on our sales team, you?ll be at the forefront of promoting our client?s brand through face-to-face customer engagement at events and retail locations. Your key responsibilities include:
? Engaging with Customers: Interact with potential customers at events and promotional locations, providing product information and answering any inquiries.
? Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling face-to-face sales presentations, promoting products and services that match the customers' needs.
? Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction in every interaction.
? Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the client?s products, services, and competitors to confidently represent the brand and drive sales.
? Customer Registrations: Manage new customer sign-ups, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up to close sales using the client?s online system.
? Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the company, consistently presenting a positive and professional image in all customer interactions.
? Market Awareness: Assist in increasing brand awareness and market share by effectively promoting the client?s products and services.
