What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
? Maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal policies and procedures to assist customers effectively
? Utilize automated systems for accurate data entry and information retrieval
? Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
? Document call details and maintain accurate records of interactions

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 2+ years of customer service or telephone experience in a call center environment
? Proficient verbal and listening skills for professional customer interactions
? Effective PC skills, including proficiency in electronic mail and industry-standard applications
? Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Completion of medical terminology course(s)
? Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in the health insurance industry
? Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
