Responsibilities
? Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
? Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
? Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
? Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
? Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
? Assist with order processing and tracking inquiries for customers.
? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
? Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a contact center environment.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
? Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
? Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Wages $25.10 - $29.90 Hourly
