This Client?ustomer Service Support Representative?ill join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. The Customer Service Support Representative?ill provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
?Follow approved SOP? to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
?Continuous evaluation of current policies and SOP? and give recommendations for process improvements
?Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
?Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence
?Document all activity made to a claim
?Communicate via telephone with a physician, insurance company and patients
?Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status and/or to obtain better billing information

REQUIREMENTS
?High School Diploma or equivalent
?REMOTE WORK:??Dedicated work from home space??Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity??Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus.?
Technical Requirements??Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second??No satellite internet??Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.?Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers or mobile hotspot with ethernet port.?

Pay Range: $15.25-21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. ?

All job offers will be based on a candidate? skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
