Job Responsibilities:As a Content Moderator at Yelp, your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and policies. You?ll be expected to: Review and assess user-generated content, including reviews, photos, and comments, to identify and address violations of our content guidelines. * Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in content moderation. * Engage with users when necessary to provide guidance and support on content-related inquiries. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve content moderation processes. * Stay up-to-date with company policies and industry trends to ensure the highest level of content quality and integrity.
