Job Description

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective client support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Amazon? products and services
- Assist clients with account inquiries and provide guidance on Amazon? platform
- Document and track client interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction

Educational Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Experience
