Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Washington State. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This role involves providing exceptional support, timely resolution of inquiries, and proactive communication with clients.


Requirements



  • Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in client relations or customer service

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset


Responsibilities



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction

  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs

  • Track and monitor client interactions and feedback

  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience

Educational Qualifications


Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.


Experience


A minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service is preferred.
