4. **Feedback and Improvement:**
• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, aiding in the continuous enhancement of our services.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and suggest innovative approaches to elevate the client experience.

5. **Business Development Support:**
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal teams, contributing to business strategies that foster client engagement and retention.
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to attract and retain clients, in collaboration with the marketing department.

6. **Training and Development:**
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, seeking to expand knowledge in client relations and industry trends.

• **Education:** Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or client relations role.
