Responsibilities

? Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
? Educate customers on self-service options and assist with navigation of online platforms.
? Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of ProMed Healthcare's products and services.

Requirements
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Proficiency in using chat and messaging platforms.
